Meet Tevan, the owner and CEO of 1st Class Real Estate Panhandle. A journey that began with dual roles in the National Guard and law enforcement has transformed into a full-fledged dual real-estate and Active Duty Military career(s). His story is one of resilience, ambition, and a drive to make a meaningful impact.

After joining the National Guard in high school and pursuing a brief career in law enforcement, Tevan pivoted to an active military path, eventually completing the rigorous SOF pipeline and settling in Florida. In 2017, he discovered his passion for real estate, navigating its complexities as a self-taught investor and mastering value-add transactions in residential, commercial, and land sectors. His journey inspired others, leading him to start teaching what he had learned—a new calling that allowed him to help others achieve financial freedom.

In early 2023, Tevan founded 1st Class Real Estate Panhandle, starting as a one-man team and rapidly expanding to a thriving team of 15 agents in less than 5 months, and since then, has continued to see growth. Dedicated to his local community, he volunteers, participates in local charities, and is a role model in the real estate industry. His expertise has earned him recognition in Marquis Who's Who, Florida Trend, and various newspapers. 

Today, Tevan’s mission is clear: to increase the success rate in real estate by sharing tips, trade secrets, and mentoring aspiring agents. Through his dedication, 1st Class Real Estate Panhandle is more than a brokerage—it’s a place where agents are empowered to thrive.
